Alexey Zoob. Biography.
Born in Izhevsk, Russsia in 1967
Started drawing and painting at the age of 7.
1982-1986 – Art College in Saratov
1986-1991 – Stroganov Art School on Moscow
1990 – Student exhibitions in Moscow, Stockholm an Tokyo.
1991- repatriated to Israel, became a member of Painters and
Sculptors Assosiation
of Israel.
1992-1995 – Exhibitions in Moscow Modern Art Center and in
Tel-Aviv University
Various commission in murals.
1996 –exhibition in Venice under the patronage Venice municipality.
1997-1999 - Lived and worked in Artists Village in Samaria,
where participated in several exhibitions in local gallery.
1998- Group and solo exhibitions in Jerusalem Theatre Gallery
1999- personal exhibition in Mitzpe gallery in Zefat, Israel
2000- exhibition in Tel –Aviv Cultural Center under the patronage
of DHL Israel
2002- live in New-York , exhibition in Alexander Gertsman
Gallery, Gaelum Gallery,
cooperation in designing murals with Tierry Despont. Two solo
exhibitions in Len Blavatnik office on 5th Avenue
Alexey's works were purchased by Ralph Tornberg, LA movie
producer, Henry A Sweetbaum, London, Vivien Clore Duffield
(Sir Charles Clore Foundation)London,
Len Blavatnik, american buisnessman and philantropist, New
York, Issac Menashe, Jewish community of Venice
